Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging are intact

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The product is not damaged by misuse or improper handling

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items

    • Shoes that show signs of wear

    • Items purchased on final sale or clearance

    • Products damaged after delivery

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear photos of the issue so our team can quickly review and resolve it.

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued through your original payment method

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other returns, customers may be responsible for the shipping charges.
